GRILLED WHITE PROTEINS SAUTÉED WITH SWEET AND SPICY SAUCE

PHAD THAI

Ingredients:

  • Rice noodles 80 g
  • Hoisin sauce 35 g
  • Soy sauce 15 ml
  • White vinegar 5 ml
  • Yellow zucchini 50 g
  • Zucchini green 50 g
  • Onion 50 g
  • Coconut milk 60 ml
  • Sesame oil 4 ml
  • Curry paste 3 g
  • Delcasino sweet and spicy Mango and Jalapeño, Gulupa or Lulo chili 40 ml

Instructionssauté all the ingredients, choose the protein (shrimp or chicken), add the SWEET AND SPICY DELCASINO SAUCE to the wok and serve on the plate.

MACERATED CAPE GOOSEBERRY:

  • 2 oz Gordon's gin
  • 1 oz of agave honey
  • 0.5 oz of Triple Sec
  • 0.5 oz Delcasino sweet and spicy sauce with GULUPA

MOJITO WITH LULO AND CHILI:

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz Delcasino Sweet and Spicy Sauce with LULO
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Sparkling water

TAMARIND AND CHILI SAUCE.

INGREDIENTS

  • Tamarind 332 g
  • Red wine 500 ml 
  • Delcasino sweet and spicy sauce MANGO JALAPEÑO 100ml 
  • Onion 180 g
  • Vegetable oil 10 g
  • Panela 360 g
  • Sugar 110 g
  • Chicken broth 2 servings
  • Cornstarch 5 g
  • Black pepper and salt 2 g

INSTRUCTIONS: 

Combine all ingredients and mix. Bring to boiling point, add the SWEET AND SPICY SALSA DELCASINO WITH MANGO JALAPEÑO and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and use the sauce to baste the wings.
