In case of inconsistencies with your certificate, please send the request to contabilidad@salsasdelcasino.com and compras@salsasdelcasino.com or contact us in Bogotá at the landline number 601 487 3222 extension: 211 or 228. If you have not received your credit note via email, request your credit note by emailing supervisor.devoluciones, indicating the invoice number, product to be returned, batch, expiration date, and quantity. Once the credit note has been generated, it will be sent to your registered email address.

Request the collection from your advisor or customer service department. Remember that it is important to have the product details fully identified: product name, presentation, batch, and expiration date. It is important that you check your order upon delivery and immediately notify your advisor and/or logistics personnel that the order is being delivered. Our minimum purchase order is $350,000 or 6 boxes. Delivery in Bogotá and surrounding areas; outside Bogotá, minimum order of 20 boxes depending on destination.

Our delivery promise for the city of Bogotá is: 24 hours, and for other cities we have an estimated time of between 48 and 72 hours, depending on the distance.
