  • Sesame oil 4 ml 
  • Curry paste 3g 
  • Delcasino hot & sweet sauce with MANGO & JALAPEÑO, GULUPA OR LULO 40ml
Pad Thai

Instructions: Stir-fry all ingredients, choose protein (shrimp, chicken), pourDELCASINO HOT & SWEET SAUCEinto the wok, and serve on the plate.

Mojito with Lulo Chili:

  • 2 oz White Rum
  • 1 oz Lime juice
  • 0.75 oz Delcasino hot & sweet sauce with LULO
  • Fresh Mint Leaves
  • Soda Water

Ingredients:

  • Tamarind 332 g
  • Red wine 500ml 
  • Delcasino hot & sweet sauce with MANGO JALAPEÑO 100ml 
  • Onion 180g 
  • Vegetable oil 10g
  • Brown sugar 360g
  • Sugar 110g
  • Chicken stock 2 servings
  • Cornstarch 5g 
  • Black pepper and salt 2g
Pad Thai

Instructions: Combine all the ingredients and mix. Bring to a boil, add Delcasino hot & sweet sauce with MANGO JALAPEÑO and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Use the sauce to coat wings.
