How can I apply for a Withholding Tax Certificate?

Send the request to the email contabilidad@salsasdelcasino.com or call in Bogotá to the fixed number 487 3222 extension: 211 or 228 maximum on the third working day we will send it to the email address you indicate.

How can I send my CV?

You can leave us your details on our Work with us page and attaching your resume, in order to include you in our databases and participate in the selection processes of the company.

How can I receive my Credit Notes for Refunds?

Once they are processed by the respective area, accounting will generate the respective credit note and it will be sent electronically to the email registered by the customer.

When a refund is generated, what would be the procedure?

Ask the salesperson or the customer service area for the collection request, remember that it is important to have the product data fully identified: product name, presentation, batch and expiry date. It is important that at the time of delivery you check your order and notify your salesperson immediately. If you fail to do so, you have 30 days to report any inconsistency in your product.
